2001 Pontiac Aztek 3.4L Rear Hatch Release
Customer googled problem, and found out that pulling the #28 fuse(bcme), and reinstalling would allow release to operate normally for one cycle of the key. The fuse would have to be removed, and reinstalled again to make the release work for one key cycle.
