2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS 3.4L Passlock
We have a 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo that came in with a lock cylinder that was siezed up. We replaced the lock cylinder and ignition switch and the vehicle will not start. We have power coming out of the switch to the pcm but no command coming out of the pcm....
