2003 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L Starter
car came in with the 5 amp crank fuse blown, hence a no crank condition. checked all the wiring/connections, everything looks ok. tested the circuit to find it only drawing 5 milliamps at the fuse. this fuse powers the bcm and pcm. anyone have any reason that ...
