Here goes... Tested output of VSS and it seems to be normal AC output.( 1.4 VAC to over 11.0 VAC depending on driveshaft speed. Tried to activate speedo with scanner and no go.. Removed IPC and disassembled and replaced stepper motor with a new one. installed ...
