1999 Pontiac Grand Am SE 3.4L Alternator
car came in not charging, big batt + wire was melted from heat. replaced alt now charging good and wire still getting very hot, tried running a new wire directly to batt + and new ground from batt - to alt case. still wire gets very hot. alt tests and charging...
