2004 Chevrolet Epica LS 2.5L Hight beam
Hight beam indicator does not work and hight beams are on very low. The fuse in the under hood panel shows very low voltage when high beams are on. Feeding 12v to the fuse the lights come on full intensity. What ever feeds the fuse is only suppling partial vol...
