1999 Cadillac Eldorado ESC 4.6L No Start
hello, we replaced the engine (customer supplied) and then had no start. not sure if ran before. customer put 2 gal of water in crankcase and drove. now i have no spark, no injector pulse. recheck timing chain. checked both crank and cam sensors, tested wiring...
