2002 Chevrolet Impala 3.4L Starter signal
Car came from another shop for us to program new PCM. Reason they changed it was because it was not sending a ground signal from PCM to ingage starter relay. After programing new PCM it still had same problem. The only code given after relacing PCM is code for...
