1994 Oldsmobile 88 Royale LS 3.8L Generator
The tests all still indecate to me that another alt is needed but this is #2 alt doing the same [...] useing the wiring diagram I followed the "L" terminaland it always has 2VOLTS less than battery voltage. The fuse,B1 terminal of the PCM all have battery volt...
