1998 Cadillac Catera 3.0L No Spark or Fuel
This car was towed in with cranking but no start. tried spraying starting fluid but still no start. I also checked to see if the fuel pump was running but it does not. I have a Snap-on scanner but i get no communication. Checked wiring to the dlc connector but...
