1999 GMC Savana 3500 5.7L Starter
hello i have this van that will engauge the starter as soon as you turn key on. tryed to remove crank fuse and the starter still runs. replaced the relay and starter with new units from delco. to no change. dont know how to test ignition switch or park/neutral...
