Hi GM Techs, I replaced the BCM on this vehicle today. I have a Tech 2 scan tool and I entered the Vin # into the BCM. I tried doing the passlock relearn manually with the 3, 10 minute intervals but the security light never went out and vehicle won't crank. Lo...
