i have this buick with a 2.7 amp draw. even with all the fuses and relays pulled out. there are 6 or 7 fusible links in one eyelet at the starter solinoid and if i remove them, the draw drops to 0. alldata is not the greatest in terms of wiring diagrams so, ha...
