we have a 2002 gmc savana that"s giving us [...] is we are constantly blowing the 40 amp fuse that feeds starter [...] replaced starter (ac delco)'replaced nuetral safety [...] blows EVEN if i disconnect starter relay & turn key to run position WE BLOW THE FUS...
