1997 Pontiac Grand Am SE 3.1L Ign Lock Cyl
Ignition lock cylinder will not move in any direction. I can't even get it to turn to acc. I can release shifter and put 12 volts to actuator on lock cyl (plunger on actuator moves about 1/4 inch upward) but key will still not turn. I am thinking lock cyl is d...
