1991 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L No Start No Brake Lights
the car was brought in on tow truck with no start. turn thw key on no fuel pump activity. turn it to start and there is nothing. the engine doesnt turn over either. I have checked to see if the start was stuck or bad. I turned the key on and jumped the starter...
