1994 Chevrolet K1500 4.3L Heater Blower

Hi all, and thanks for your help in advance. I have no power at the 25 amp heater\AC fuse with the key on, or in the acc. position. My wiring diagram doesnt show where the power to the fuse comes from. I think it comes from the ignition switch but am not sure....
