Vehicle has fluctuating draw of 60 to 115 milliamps. Removing the CHMSL/BKUP fuse causes the draw to drop to 20 milliamp. This fuse is power supply to BCM. removing c1 at bcm also causes draw to go away. All aftermarket equipment and interfaces have been disco...
