1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme S 3.4L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, MIL Lamp on
Prior to me all these parts were replaced. What I found: 12v to all the sensors instead of 5v reference. Is it possible a 12v wire shorted into the 5v harness? Code 23 flashes on and off at random times. No blown fuses were found.. Seems to run very rich a...
