2013 Chevrolet Impala LT 3.6L No Crank
The 5 fuses in the underhood box are all only .25 volts. ECM, IGN1, IGN, EMI1 & EMI2. The powertrain relay has battery voltage on the 30-87 legs but the 85-86 legs are 5v & .25v. I know there should be ground here from the PCM but where is this 5v coming from....
