2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 WT 4.3L MIL Lamp on, hard start
This truck intermittently sets P0651 and P0641, fault
tracing says this happens if reference voltage is too high
or low. Faults were cleared a few months ago, truck was
driven cold and hot, harnesses were wiggled and examined.
No repairs were made.
