1994 Buick LeSabre Custom 3.8L Surge
When ambient remp. is 85°+ vehicle will not throttle up after coming to a stop. No obd1 codes, driver took car to GM dealer spent money on diagnosis; no joy. When car is towed home it'll restart and drive fine after initial failure.
