2003 Saturn Ion-2 2.2L Poor Idle Quality, Stall
When the car is started for the first few seconds it seems to run fine. The upstream 02 will just sit at 1107mv. Then the idle will drop down and sound as if it was missing. When its missing then 02 will start to fluctuate . It will finally after about 10 - 20...
