1995 Chevrolet Lumina 3.1L High idle
I have a 3.1L with a high idle and I cannot nail it down. I'm trying to diagnose it without throwing parts at it. I have cleaned the throttle plate and body. I've taken the IAC out and cleaned it. Searched for vacuum leaks and cannot find one. I've even backed...
