	 2004 Cadillac CTS 3.6L MIL Lamp on 
		
		My testing reveals lo ref tan wire to have 2.4v at pcm with everything connected and key on. 5v ref is [...] one main ground to the pcm is good. I am calling this a faulty pcm, any other thoughts?
