1994 Oldsmobile 88 Royale 3.8L Misfire
coil 1/4 has no spark output, tried known good test coil, wires and test Ignition Control Module (icm) still now spark from 1/4 coil, used lab scope and cked crankshaft sensor 3x and 18x and showed fine at icm but 3x signal is showing only 1 volt.
