2006 Chevrolet Aveo LS 1.6L MIL Lamp on
egr percent reading at idle or key on engine off always sits at 16%.does not change until i get to 40% on scan tool,then goes to around 32%.idle drops and gets rough.i cleared codes twice,disconnected [...] cables together with no [...] you in advance.
