2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT1 3.8L No Start, Reduced power
Not sure what to think only when it is -0 to -20 the car goes into reduced power and not all the time either. Has anyone run into this??? poss a bad dealer throttle plate out the box? all scann data is reading good and it has not done it here which makes it to...
