hi gm techs,pulling out my hair on this [...] p0449 [...] system found ecm not switching solenoid with [...] a ground on the white wire at vent [...] volts on rd/wh [...] ecm and ground goes [...] all wiring no short to [...] that ecm was bad,installed/program...
