1999 Oldsmobile 88 Royale 3.8L No Start
Car came in no start cked fuel pressure and had none replaced the pump and fuse then car would try to start but would die cked spark and good cked injector pulse it would pulse and then try to start then stop pulesing i cked the vts it has a constant 2.5 volts...
