2000 GMC Jimmy SLS 4.3L No Start, Cuts out
This is a plow vehicle. (not plated) Customer complaint, "will not start unless block heater plugged in". Towed in and left outside overnight. Tried to start in AM and cranks normally but not a hint of trying to start. It's snowing and freezing rain outside so...
