1999 Chevrolet Tahoe LS 5.7L No Start, Poor Idle Quality
Morning all, Got this Tahoe from another shop that rebuilt the engine wouldn't start check cam retard -40 restab dist. now -1 very hard to start and wont idle wont rev to the rpm limiter so wont do a relearn procedure, spark advance at 255 until rpm gets to 15...
