1998 Saturn SL2 1.9L Surge
This little ole car surges at 35 to 40 mph going uphill. I suspected that the EGR was the culprit so I uunhooked it & the surge went away. Tried a known good EGR but surge is still there. Checekd the EGR passages & they are clean, cleaned throttle body, reset ...
