1991 GMC C6000 Topkick C6H042 6.0L Surge, Cuts out
Throttle plates will open but slam shut by itself as soon as it opens. Thought it was gov. shutting plate but the same with new gov. Not to familiar with governor system, could fault in computer system cause this?
