2003 Chevrolet Impala LS 3.8L High Idle
car came in with high idle. has had intake gaskets,plenimue gaskets, mass,iac,and tps installed. noticed had 2 volts on tps, unpluged and still had 2 volts. removed iac and closed of ports and has min idle speed less then 400 rpm.
