1999 Chevrolet Astro 4.3L MIL Lamp on
scanned found p0143 b1s3 volt low and tech2 scanner reads 0-4mv pink and black wire for heater will light a headlamp bulb bright. overlay ppl/wht and tan/wht wires from sensor to pcm now read 451mv like an open ckt both sig hi andlo wires will light a bulb one...
