1998 Chevrolet Blazer 4.3L MIL Lamp on
Scan tool shows bank 1 sensor 1 inactive and not switching. Replaced sensor and same result. Tested wiring and found everything ok. Hooked volt meter up to plug-in at computer and can see sensor switching. All other wiring (powers, grounds, etc.) test ok as we...
