1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS 5.3L No Start, Poor Idle Quality
When truck sits outside overnight the next morning you go
to start it and it fouls out the sparks and won't
start,Then after cleaning plugs it runs fine. If you let it
sit again it will do the same thing.
