1996 Chevrolet S10 4.3L No Start
This vehicle exhibit hard/long crank start below 55F. Once it start it will run the whole day with no problem. Verified when we had the vehicle set overnight and started first thing in the morning. Cranking fuel pressure is at 64psi. Dealership already replace...
