hey guys I have this thing for 3 [...] idles ok but it will not reb. the most I get is 1600 rpm s.I try a used trouttle valve and still the same.I try a used ECM with no good results.I check the wires from the trouttle valve to the ECM/PCM they are ok. no shor...
