Vehicle comes in with a check engine light on. Retrieve dtc of p0128. Tstat temp low. I can view the pcm data & the pcm is seeing good ect temp, its 195 fully hot. Even the freeze frame data shows temp of 185. My question is how does the system work? does the ...
