1999 Chevrolet C2500 6.5L No Start
Good ol 6.5 no start. Let me start with the [...] passlock code but fuel pump is active while cranking and present owner has never had a resistor key. I believe passlock has been bypassed. Customer complaint. Sometimes wouldn't start then this week will never ...
