1986 Chevrolet Caprice 4.3L Runs Poorly
Vehicle came in "died on the road". Towed in, started right up but ran poorly. Set timing and checked vacuum, steady @ 20. Test drive and it would only run well if I had the timing so advanced it pings terribly. Found out that customer shot a halon fire exting...
