Found no resistance in the black/white wire from ecm to o/2 sensor. ran a seperate wire just to make sure. when vehicle starts cold it spikes to 1.97 amps in the first 10 seconds and sticks the code in the ecm. has to sit with key off for 10 hours before it wi...
