1999 Chevrolet Metro 1.0L MIL Lamp on
Car came in with light on, Code po400. No drivability complaints. Tech 2 scanner showed computer is commanding valve properly(19 inches vacuum to valve, valve opens all the way) - Manually applying vacuum to valve the engine DOES stall out. Cleared code & road...
