1994 Buick Century Custom 3.1L No Start, Stall
car came in on the hook. no fuel at the rail & power at the pump while cranking. so installed new pump, got fuel to the rail now but only 15 psi. blowed thru all lines and all are open, new filter. so thought i got a bad pump 2 pumps later still can't get any ...
