2007 Chevrolet HHR LS 2.2L MIL Lamp on
Car came in because it failed the state emissions test,
found p0171, smoke tested and found no vacuum leaks, car
runs like a champ, STFT changes between -3 to 5 %, but LTFT
is almost always pegged to 30%.
