1996 Buick Regal 3.8L Poor Idle Quality
This car is driving me crazy and I don't have far to go. It has a high idle (2200 rpms) only when cold. All of the sensors, powers and grounds test good. There are no codes and scan tool data looks perfect. I cannot find any vacuum leaks. I removed the PCM and...
