1995 Cadillac Fleetwood 5.7L Cooling Fans Stay On
customer complaint heat not hot. found cooling fans run any time engine is running. fans are being commaned on through pcm. i can turn the fans off for about five seconds through the tech 2 witch tells me no relays are sticking & wiring is ok. there is no a/c ...
