Techs: will not start...no noid or spark fuel ok...ran test jumping out crank sensor with power and ground and while cranking should get 1.7 volts on the (H) syn sig in and I get 0 volts..MOD says wiring or bad crank sensor...wiring checks ok and hard to belie...
